Why We Exist
The house may have reached the end of its life. The land hasn’t.
Toronto is full of valuable lots carrying aging houses that no longer make sense — too expensive to renovate, hard to sell well, harder to rent well.
We started Kplex because we believe those homeowners are looking at their property the wrong way.
Rather than asking “how do we fix this house?” we ask “what could this property become?”
